Recent years have seen a profusion of legislation, regulations and consumer standards, but how do TMOs fit within this new framework? This session will look at the revised Consumer Standards, the regulatory framework, and how social housing is now regulated.
What is often lost in all of the changes is how TMOs fit into the new regime. What are TMOs now required to do – for the Regulator and for the Council? This session will help you navigate the changing environment.
