There have been two very successful training events of late with the running of a course in London looking at the regulation now affecting all social housing and, specifically, how TMOs fit into the overall picture.
Another course was held specifically for TMOs in Birmingham and took place at the offices of Bloomsbury EMB. This had an overview of tenant management generally and served as a great refresher for long standing Board members as well as giving insight to newer members of both the Board and staff.
A further course looking in more depth at what constitutes good governance will take place in London on 14th December 2024

News just in from one of our London members (LB Wandsworth) of another successful continuation ballot!
This time, on a 62.1% turnout, an overwhelming 97.8% of respondents voted for the Co-op to continue managing their homes for another 5 years.
