TMO Awards 2024
The NFTMO is proud to celebrate the achievements of TMOs across the Country and we are pleased to announce that, for the 11th year, we will are seeking nominations for the NFTMO Awards.
All nominations must be submitted by 31st May and the winners will be announced after the Gala Dinner at this years conference.
There are a range of categories for you to nominate to:
- Community Champion
- Board Member of the Year
- Manager of the Year
- Project of the Year
- For Impressive Support to TMOs
- Outstanding Contribution to a TMO by a Young Person aged under 25
- Lifetime Achievement
Nomination forms have been sent out to all TMOs get those nominations in as we know what fantastic work TMOs undertake in their communities.

DLUHC Consultation Responses
The NFTMO has recently responded to the consultations undertaken by the Department of Levelling Up, Housing and Communities (DLUHC) regarding proposals to introduce legislation around condensation, damp and mould (Awaab’s Law) and draft instructions to the Regulator of Social Housing (RSH) to develop a Competency and Conduct Standard (professionalisation) for social housing providers.
An online session for TMOs was facilitated by NFTMO in February on both subjects and officers from DLUHC gave presentations and took questions from members. The NFTMO encouraged all members to respond individually, but the NFTMO responses can be found
NFTMO Conference 2024
The 2024 Annual Conference and AGM will be, once again, held at the Crowne Plaza in Stratford-upon-Avon.
The largest tenant run conference in the country will see representatives of TMOs gather to hear about and debate the latest issues as well as recognising and celebrating the great achievements within the sector.
Although all places have now been sold interested parties can apply to join the waiting list for any future vacancies

Annual Conference – Sold Out!
We’re delighted to announce that this year’s NFTMO Conference has sold out on Early Bird bookings!
A waiting list has been opened for those hoping to attend the event on 28-30th June in Stratford-upon-Avon. Past experience shows that we usually receive a few cancellations in the run-up to the event so please do get in touch if you want to attend.
Bookings will be at £599 (+VAT) for Members and £755 (+VAT) for Non-Members
