Online Event with MHCLG

The NFTMO will be hosting an online event where officers from the Ministry of Housing, Communities and Local Government (MHCLG) will set out the governments policy to extend the Freedom of Information Act to TMOs.

In addition to the presentation there will be an opportunity to ask questions on all aspects of the new policy and raise issues and concerns,

Please remembers that the current consultation on the policy runs until 8th May 2026 and the NFTMO is strongly encouraging all members to submit responses so that the final policy is the best it can be for Tenant Management.
