Experiences with Awaab’s Law
The Ministry for Housing, Communities and Local Government (MHCLG) are running a short, one‑off survey to better understand landlords’ early experiences of implementation. This survey is designed to help them identify any emerging risks, capacity pressures and areas where further support or clarification may be needed.
They are asking TMOs to complete this survey in order to gather responses from “a geographically broad mix of providers, as well as variety in size and operating models, to ensure we capture a picture of implementation that is as representative as possible.”
The survey focuses on a small number of priority themes, including:
- Provider preparedness and actions taken
- Experiences since implementation
- Caseload and future readiness
The Survey can be reached by clicking on this link and should be completed by 20th March 2026. This is a tight turnaround and MHCLG have expressed their gratitude for those who are able to complete the survey and thereby enabling them to gather timely insights during the early phase of implementation of Awaab’s Law.
