Annual General Meeting

A date for your diaries!

Due to the unfortunate cancellation of this years Annual Conference we have to arrange a new date for our Annual General Meeting (AGM).

Given our national membership this will now take place online and will be held on 17th July 2024 at 6pm (18.00). A formal notice will be issued to members in the near future but we wanted to give everyone as much notice as possible as to the date and time of the meeting.

In accordance with our governing document, the AGM will comprise of the following business

• the consideration of the Report and Accounts presented by the Executive Committee,
• the appointment and the fixing of the remuneration of the auditor or auditors,
• such other business as may have been specified in the notices calling the meeting,
• the fixing of annual subscriptions
• The election and co-option of Executive Committee members in accordance with these rules

We would really welcome more of our Members to stand for election to the Executive Committee so please do contact us for a nomination form. Please remember that although more than one person can attend the AGM from your TMO, you can only nominate one person to vote or contribute to discussions. Anyone else will do so in an observer role only.
