Anthony Collins Solicitors are holding a one hour webinar on the forthcoming introduction of Awaab’s Law. Whilst aimed at local authorities, this will also benefit TMOs as we have no doubt that landlords will attempt to hold TMOs to standards that they may or may not have difficulty in achieving themselves.

Much will depend on being able to ensure contractors respond at pace and the relationship between TMOs and their parent landlord will be under pressure to ensure compliance with the new law.
