Coming Soon – MHCLG Consultation on expanding the Freedom of Information Act to TMOs

We are expecting the Ministry of Housing, Communities and Local Government (MHCLG) will consult with the TMO sector later this year on the decision to expand the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) to cover TMOs. We expect that the extension of the FOIA will be implemented in 2027.

As soon as we have details of the consultation and how it will be undertaken we’ll let you know.
