Congratulations to Bancroft TMC

We start the New Year with more good news from one of our Members. Bancroft TMC (LB Tower Hamlets) achieved a great result just in time for Christmas and have a resounding mandate to continue managing their estate for another 5 years.

On a 66.9% turnout over 94% of residents voted in favour of the TMC continuing to provide housing services to the estate and over 90% stating that the TMC has been an effective manager of the estate.

Our congratulations to the Board and Staff of the TMC and we wish them well for 2025 and beyond.
