Congratulations to Styles House TMO

In more positive news our congratulations go to Styles House TMO who have also successfully held their 5 year continuation ballot. On a 62% turnout the vast majority of both tenants and leaseholders voted for the TMO to continue providing management services to their homes.

The Chair, Philippe Chery said that “The TMO Board are delighted with the result and wish to move ahead with planning Styles House’s future – we want to improve the facilities and make it an even better place to live.”

Tenant Management continues to deliver excellent services that are valued by residents through organisations controlled by people who live in the homes they manage. The NFTMO continues to advocate for meaningful support from councils and the government to enable more residents to take control of their homes.
