Law Commission Review

We’ve previously posted (in October 2024!) about a review of the Co-operative and Community Benefit Society Act 2014 being undertaken by the Law Commission and the last consultation ran until December 2024.

Unfortunately, we’re now hearing that the review has been delayed indefinitely with a future update on the timescales in early 2026.

As soon as we know more we’ll let you know.
