Member Update – Blenheim Gardens RMO
In the first of what we hope will be a series of posts highlighting the great work that TMOs do across the country, we take a look at Blenheim Gardens RMO based in LB Lambeth.

The Mayor of London, Sadiq Khan, recently visited the RMO to see the out of school activity camps. Each term over 200 local children attend the activities provided by the RMO.
Aside from probably being the only TMO in the country with a windmill on its doorstep (!), the RMO has obtained (in partnership with LB London and Repowering London) funding of £2m to help decarbonise the estate. This will see new roofs, windows and external cavity wall insultation installed on houses managed by the RMO.
Blenheim have also obtained funding in the region of £14,700 from the National Grid which is being used to support residents through the cost of living crisis and helped fund a debt and welfare advisor as well as assisting residents with their fuel bills.

Not forgetting the community functions of the RMO a seaside trip to Southend is planned for August 2024 and a Funday is fast approaching on 20th July.
