MHCLG Policy Roadshows

Our colleagues at the Tenant Participation Advisory Service (Tpas) are holding a series of Policy Roadshows with officers from the Ministry of Housing, Communities & Local Government (MHCLG), which are free to attend for member organisations (check if your landlord is a member). The aim is to look at the many policy announcements that have come from government in recent weeks.

Places are on a first come, first served basis and are taking place in

• Eccles (27th August)
• London – Woolwich (2nd September)
• West Bromwich (4th September)

All will run from 10.30 – 14.30 and will look at the current consultations on Decent Homes and a Minimum Energy Efficiency Standard as well as “….rent, Awaab’s Law, Electrical Safety and improving tenants experience with their housing provider.”
