NFTMO Manager of the Year
Congratulations to Zahra Shoorvazi the 2025 NFTMO Manager of the Year.
Zahra received 2 nominations for this Award, which is appropriate as she is currently providing services to 2 TMOs!
In addition to her work for Agar Grove TMC, Zahra has spent two days a week (including Saturdays) to work for Chalk Farm TMO, a neighbouring TMO who were facing several challenges following a special review, a H&S review and internal audit review. During this period, she has organised training for the Board, set up new management systems and has recently begun assisting the new TMO Manager.
In her substantive position at Agar Grove, she has been recognised for her exceptional leadership, unwavering dedication, and transformative impact on both Agar Grove TMO and the wider community.
Over recent years Agar Grove has faced challenges including the COVID-19 pandemic, the loss of key Board members, and a long-term regeneration project that reduced the tenant base from 140 to just 45. During this period Zahra has been instrumental in:
- Sustaining full operations despite a significantly reduced community, keeping the office fully staffed and maintaining high-quality services.
- Supporting residents with care, empathy, and consistency during a time of major change.
- Maintaining compliance and excellence, with 2 years of low/no risk areas in Fire Safety, Health & Safety, or Bi-annual and Council’s Annual Reviews.
