Repairs and Maintenance Guide

We came across an interesting (and useful) interactive guide which was produced in response to the recent Spotlight report from the Housing Ombudsman Service ‘Repairing Trust: Repairs and Maintenance in Social Housing.

It’s a one-page interactive guide which summarises the Housing Ombudsman’s Spotlight Report on repairs and maintenance, highlighting key findings, resident frustrations, and practical recommendations to improve trust and service delivery in social housing.
