Awaab’s Law – Update
The Secretary of State has today published a range of documents and information on the forthcoming introduction of Awaab’s Law. We have provided links to the documentation below and, although this is aimed at senior executives within the social housing sector, it is important that the TMO sector is aware of what is being legislated for.
The regulations have now been laid in Parliament and the following documents published:

The Deputy Prime Minister has also made a Written Ministerial Statement which provides and overview of the policies.
