Congratulations to BGRMO

Our heartfelt congratulations to Blenheim Gardens RMO who, this week, have achieved a stunning result in their 5 year continuation ballot.

On a 56% turnout over 98% of residents voted to continue the management of the estate for another 5 years which is a huge show of confidence for the TMO.

Unlike the landlord TMOs have to ensure that all residents (not just their members) renew their support every 5 years in a formal ballot process – if they don’t get the support the TMO could be forced to close. So, to achieve this level of support every 5 years is really quite extraordinary.

Once again, our congratulations to Danny and the staff team and all of the Board Members who have given of their time to ensure this result.
