Now available in the Members Area of he website a briefing on the recent government directive to the Regulator of Social Housing (RSH) to set a standard for Competency & Conduct – sometimes known as professionalisation.

The good news is that most TMOs will be exempt from the requirement to have a level 4 or level 5 qualification.
