Social Housing Innovation Fund – Increase in Funding Announced

“Due to the significant interest we have received in the social housing innovation fund since the bidding window opened on 9th Jan 2025, a decision has been taken to increase the overall funding to: up to £2 million. This funding will be allocated before the end of the 2025 to 2026 financial year. Applicants can now apply for up to £120,000 per project (increased from £100,000) and the indicative amount of funding we will award per project will be between £60,000 and £120,000. We now expect to fund an estimated 15-30 projects. This should not impact on any applications already in progress, but applicants can now increase their request for funding up to £120,000 if they wish to.
Our prospectus and the application portal have been amended to reflect these changes.”
