Training for TMOs

As we approach the first of the four training courses we have planned, a quick reminder that it’s not too late to book!

Tenant Management 101 takes place on 19th October and will be followed by

• Housing Regulation and TMOs – This course explores the new regulatory regime in social housing and how it impacts on tenant management.
• Governance – Hugely important that TMOs get this right. Failure to do so could lead to many avoidable conflicts be they on your committees, with your members or with your landlord. Ultimately, bad governance puts your TMO at risk.
• Finance for TMOs – Understand where your funding comes from, how it’s calculated and how you should be managing it.

All courses take place on a Saturday (10.00 – 16.00) at Wenlock Barn Community Hall, 3-13 Cropley Street, London N1 7PT. Each place costs £200 (+ VAT)
